Once you have decided that you have found “the one” we can begin the application process.

A holding fee equivalent to one weeks rent will be requested to reserve the property. This holding fee gets deducted from your first months rent

Once your references have been completed via a user friendly app, we can set the date for the big move!

When it comes to deposits, on move in day you will need to pay one months rent (minus the holding fee) plus your deposit. The deposit is equivalent to 5 weeks rent and will be held with the Deposit Protection Service

On move in day, one of our representatives will complete a thorough inventory including photographs. A copy of this will be sent to you for approval. You will also receive a tenants guide on renting and a move in pack with your tenancy agreement electronically for safe keeping.

Then it is over to you to enjoy your new home
